Energy Smart Adventures
Energy Smart Adventures is a no-cost, highly interactive, 30-minute in-class Storytime experience for grades K-2 that teaches students about energy efficiency and the importance of saving energy.
Energy Smart Adventures encourages simple behaviors such as turning off the lights before leaving a room or what to do when you see downed power lines. At the end of the program, students receive a goodie bag and information about the energy efficiency programs offered by the Berkshire Gas, an Avangrid company.
Each story time has a maximum capacity of 30 students. We can perform multiple shows to accommodate larger groups.

The story follows the main character as she talks about how her family used to be energy wasters until her friend came over to visit and they lost power. Throughout their adventure, they discover that everything in the house that requires electricity does not work and they imagine what the world would be like with no power.
